What the body can and cannot do dictates what the club can and cannot do. Everyone’s body is different and so we will all have different limitations. And today, golf is all about over-all physical fitness. In this program, you will meet with one of our Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified therapists for an in-depth assessment to evaluate how your body works. We use evidence-based techniques to analyze your body mechanics and develop an individualized approach to increase your golf swing efficiency, while also helping you reduce pain and prevent injury!
Titleist Performance Institute’s philosophy states: “TPI does not believe in one way to swing a club, rather in an infinite number of swing styles. But, we do believe there is one efficient way for every player to swing and it is based on what the player can physically do.”
The most efficient swing will be different for every golfer based on their body’s capabilities. To find your most efficient swing, we will take you through a 16-piece assessment that analyzes golf swing mechanics, bio-mechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health, and a client history. Following the assessment we will create a program unique to you to improve how your body moves and in turn, elevate your golf game.
Many have found this program is key in not just elevating their golf game, but also in reducing golf specific injuries, including back pain, shoulder pain and golfer’s elbow.
