Senior Strength is our program developed  to help Seniors maintain and gain strength, mobility and endurance.

People often associate losses of strength, endurance, flexibility and balance with age. However, according to the National Institute on Aging, “When older people lose their ability to do things on their own, it doesn’t happen just because they have aged. More likely it is because they have become inactive.


In other words, what seems inevitable can actually be prevented or reversed through the Senior Strength Program.  Learn safe and effective exercise to keep doing what you love.  Improve your balance with challenging exercises in a safe environment as a part of our Balance Matters Program.  Gain confidence to navigate challenging terrain or perform everyday activities independently with Balance and Proprioception Training.
