“Experiencing two breaks in a year is rough. I’m glad I chose to do PT after the second ankle break. I have regained movement 90% faster than the 1st time I broke without PT. I am actually able to do stuff I could not do after the 1st break like squat and do one leg calf raises and perform better on my skates at roller derby practices.
