People often associate losses of strength, endurance, flexibility and balance with age. However, according to the National Institute on Aging, “When older people lose their ability to do things on their own, it doesn’t happen just because they have aged. More likely it is because they have become inactive.”
In other words, what seems inevitable can actually be prevented or reversed through the Senior Strength Program, where you will learn safe and effective exercise to keep doing what you love and stay healthy while doing it.
